Lend a hand for beach cleanup and save marine life, May 16

Join the ACC and the Seal Sitters Stranding Mammals Network as they join forces to clean up along Alki Beach from 9 a.m. – noon on Monday, May 16. Kristin Wilkinson a NOAA NW Stranding expert will speak at 9 a.m. about the dangers of human trash and marine debris poses to marine life. To learn more visit the Seal Sitters Blog.

Special thanks to Carol Baker and Colleen Hackett of Seattle Parks  for providing clean up tools and our local coffee shops; Pioneer, Starbucks and Tullys for providing coffee for volunteers.
